- Computerised original Birth Certificate.
- Clinic / Immunisation Card.
- A certified copy of your child’s most recent school report.
- A clearance letter from the precious school re: school fees.
- Your child’s Transfer card from his/her previous school.
- Proof of residency in the area (Rates/Water/Electricity Bill) with a physical address.
- Most recent Salary Advice Slip.
- Most recent Bank Statement.
- I.D. document for father / mother.
- If divorced, a copy of the divorce agreement.
- A DEVELOPMENTAL FEE OF R150. Should your applicatioin be denied for any reason, please note that this fee is not refundable.
